The much-anticipated sports drama Ghoomer, which stars Abhishek Bachchan in the title role, is scheduled to open in theatres on Friday, August 18. With its incredibly intriguing teaser, the Ghoomer Movie—which sees Jr. Bachchan and acclaimed director R. Balki team up once more—has attracted the interest of moviegoers. The movie, which is based on cricket, has Saiyami Kher in a crucial part.
On Thursday night in Mumbai, the Ghoomer producers organised a gala screening celebration for the sports drama. The film’s actors and crew, as well as other well-known cricket celebrities, attended the screening. They were joined by the cast and crew of the movie.
Abhishek Bachchan, who plays the lead movie Ghoomer, was seen leaving the Ghoomer premiere in Mumbai on Thursday. The sweatshirt was worn by AB Jr with a pair of patterned white sneakers, a pair of statement yellow glasses and a pair of olive cargo pants. It’s interesting to note that some of the nation’s most well-known cricketers, like Yuvraj Singh and Zaheer Khan, attended the screening of the sports drama centred around the game of cricket. Khan looked dapper in a casual black shirt and a pair of beige trousers, while Singh wore all-black for the occasion. On the other side, well-known filmmaker Gauri Shinde, the wife of director R Balki, arrived.
The Abhishek Bachchan-starring R Balki film also stars the seasoned actress Shabana Azmi, Angad Bedi, Shivendra Singh Dungarpur, and others in significant parts. Amitabh Bachchan, a legendary superstar, will make a surprise cameo in the movie. The songs and original score for the eagerly anticipated film were written by Amit Trivedi. The photographer’s director is Vishal Sinha. Editor Nipun Ashok Gupta is in charge of this.
The film has finally hit the theatres. Makers of the movie are anticipating the results eagerly. Ghoomer is currently going slow and sturdy at the box office. It still has the superhits Gadar 2, Jailer, and OMG 2 to compete with.
