WWE Survivor Series WarGames will be live from Chicago on Saturday. The event is expected to be a great night with the possibility of some surprises, which might include some character changes. Several rifts have developed within the faction over the past few months. Additionally, some strange alliances also emerged. Because of this, the heel-face dynamic has changed on the main roster. The same could be expected at the premium live event. On that note, let’s have a look at those superstars who may turn heel at the Survivor Series.
LWO Might turn on Carlito
Earlier this month, the ongoing tension in LWO reached a point where Santos Escobar attacked Rey Mysterio. It appears that he betrayed “The Master of the 619” out of jealousy because Mysterio had a close relationship with Carlito. The Hall of Famer is currently away from the shows due to a knee injury, but the issue of implosion is still growing. Escobar will face Carlito in a singles match at the Survivor Series WarGames.
However, the former United States champion must be cautious on Saturday, as another betrayal could be coming. Although Zelina Vega, Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde largely disapproved of Escobar’s despicable actions, their past history with the former NXT Cruiserweight Champion may indicate a flaw. With Mysterio gone, the budding pair can turn to their former partner for help. This would mean betraying Carlito at the premium event and setting up a feud with him and Rey Mysterio.
Orton may show his true colors
Last week, Cody Rhodes announced that Randy Orton would be joining his team to face The Judgement Day and Drew McIntyre at Survivor Series. The Viper agreed to help Rhodes, and The American Nightmare trusted him. However, Orton has earned a reputation for turning heel anytime. The 14-time champion may have other plans that won’t please his teammates. Fans have been demanding a full program between Orton and Rhodes, so it would be interesting to see what Orton does at the Survivor Series WarGames.
