Ronnie Aaron Killings, who is better than R-Truth, has been an interesting factor in wrestling for the past 25 years. He has been a highly entertaining performer who has achieved so much in the wrestling industry, and he is also loved by fans all over the world for always giving an entertaining dose by his presence. Recently, Truth took to social media and confessed that he is angry with himself for not being where he wanted to be at this point of his career.
R-Truth has some regrets
Truth has headlined several PPVs and has been involved in some of the most entertaining storylines and won multiple championships, but R-Truth is still dissatisfied with his career. While speaking to the fans on his TikTok account during a live session, Truth asked them to make some confessions about wrestling. While many of them gave light-hearted answers, one of the fans asked R-Truth if he had anything to share.
To this, Truth responded, “I guess I’m angry at myself…when I think about where I am and where I wanted to be in my career.” Although he has achieved so much in the wrestling industry, Truth seems to have a few regrets. While he didn’t elaborate on what he meant, it is safe to assume he didn’t want to just be a comedic character, which he specializes in.
Truth is still an amazing performer
Performing under his real name, Ron Killings, he made history in the world of professional wrestling by becoming the first black man to win the National Wrestling Alliance World Heavyweight Championship. He defeated Ken Shamrock in 2002, during the early days of TNA. It was an excellent achievement in wrestling history, symbolizing both personal victory and broader cultural progress within the sport.

Truth continued to have success in TNA before ultimately joining WWE in 2008. Although he won multiple titles in the company and holds the record for the most WWE 24/7 Championship wins, he did so in a comedic way. Truth is incredibly talented as a comedic character, but most wrestlers don’t dream of being something like this for the majority of their careers. Perhaps Truth realized that he couldn’t reach his goal. Either way, Truth is a great performer.
