Last month, it was reported that Natalya’s WWE contract was going to expire in a few weeks. Now it’s almost halfway through June and it looks like Natalya is still with the company. Despite this, an update on her status has revealed that she is yet to sign a new contract with the company she has been associated with for the past 20 years and other companies are showing interest.
Nattie is yet to sign an extension with WWE
According to Fightful Select, Nattie has not yet signed a new deal with WWE and multiple promotions are interested in picking her up if she wants to let her deal expire and explore her options in the industry. Her current status is still unclear. Whether her contract has expired and she is in talks with WWE or if the company still has a little time to re-sign Natalya before other companies approach her.
TNA or AEW might make her an offer
Although other wrestling promotions are also interested, none of them can officially talk to Natalya about signing with them until she is no longer a WWE superstar. It may be the case that Natalya wants her WWE contract to expire so she can explore her options. TNA seems like an option for her, especially since Knockouts champion Jordynne Grace has expressed a desire to wrestle Nattie in her home promotion.

AEW can also make her an offer. Their women’s division is constantly improving and adding someone like Natalya would be priceless to that progress. Mainly because of how she can help everyone in the division backstage, though if Nattie is hoping to wrestle more, which WWE may not be willing to give, AEW letting her wrestle on a more regular basis could inspire her to become an All Elite.
