The Bengaluru Bulls are among the Pro Kabaddi League’s most reliable teams in history. Manjit Chillar was the team’s captain when they started the PKL under the direction of coach Randhir Singh. In their inaugural year, they advanced to the knockout stages and secured the fourth position in the competition. Eventually they finished as the runners-up in the U Mumba-won 2015 edition. After winning in the 2018 edition, they had a few bad seasons.

In the 2019 edition, they ended up in the sixth spot. Pawan Kumar Sehrawat was made the captain of the team in 2021/22 season. The star raider was introduced to the Pro Kabaddi League by coach Randhir Singh in his third season. However, his major slump in Season 4 pushed the franchise to leave him out of the 5th edition.

Mahender Singh was named the team’s captain by the Bengaluru Bulls for the tournament’s ninth edition. After winning both the eliminator and the semi-final against Dabang Delhi, the team advanced to the eliminator.
