“Retirement isn’t something I’ve given much attention. Also, I have no idea where life will lead me. Currently, I am still playing well, so I want to keep playing for a few more years before I decide to quit. The World Cup final is in 2025 so ideally, I want India to make it there. I really want to win the World Cup,” Rohit said.

After the heartbreaking loss in the 2023 Cricket World Cup final, many people believed that Rohit Sharma’s dreams of winning an ODI World Cup were over. However, the Indian skipper stated that he will not retire and intends to play cricket until the next ICC major tournament occurs.
