This year’s WrestleMania saw Damian Priest cash in his Money in the Bank contract on Drew McIntyre. Nine years ago, it was Seth Rollins who cashed in his MITB contract at WrestleMania 31, which was historic as it was the first time a WWE superstar cashed in his contract at the biggest stage, WrestleMania. So when it was Damian’s turn to do that, The Visionary knew how special it would be for him. In a recently posted WWE backstage video of WrestleMania 40, Rollins is seen telling something to the Archer of Infamy.

Rollins hugs Priest after returning from his defeat to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania. Then he holds Damian’s face and says, “I told you it was going to be worth it, baby. Biggest moment of your life. I’m so happy for you. Enjoy.”
Damian Priest has turned babyface now
Rollins knew how big a moment was when he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract in 2015 at WrestleMania and pinned Roman Reigns to become the WWE champion. Rollins retained the title against Reigns, Randy Orton, John Cena and even Kane. He had to vacate his title after tearing his ACL and MCL. So Rollins knew how big a win this was for Priest. It proved to be great for Damian, as his popularity grew in the last four months. The Archer of Infamy successfully defended his World Heavyweight title three times and now he has also turned babyface as his Judgement Day teammate Finn Balor betrayed him during his match against Gunther at SummerSlam.
Which storyline will Damian be part of now?
It is possible that Damian Priest will next face his former teammate Finn Balor and the two might clash at the next premium live event of WWE ‘Bash in Berlin,’ which is set to take place on August 31. Along with Priest, Rhea Ripley and Roman Reigns are also listed as Babyface. Since Priest and Ripley are now together and call themselves the Terror Twins, they might face off against Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan and Mami tries to get her revenge on the two. The next Monday night Raw will reveal which storyline Priest would be part of.
