Barbados witnessed a touching scenario where a young girl’s dream came true. The well-known cricketer Virat Kohli made a special effort to greet the girl in the audience on Saturday. The kid and her family had traveled to watch the second One-Day International between India and the West Indies. She regrettably lost the chance to watch Kohli bat because the former India captain was resting for the contest. Though, Kohli, more than made up for it by showing kindness to his young fan. He offered a signature, kindly took her present, and even posed for photos.
A touching video that captured this special occasion was posted by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Not only is Kohli, but the captain, Rohit Sharma, who was also rested in the second ODI was seen interacting with the fans.
The girl’s father said, “It brings tears to my eyes that he was so down to earth to come over here and wear the bracelet and take pictures. It was kind of him to come over because my daughter did make him a bracelet.”

The game will be India’s final one-day international before leaving for the Asia Cup in late August. They will then play a three-match, 50-over series at home right before the World Cup.

As we all know, everyone talks about the post-game drama between the players. But set these aside for a moment and concentrate on a touching event that takes place after or during the game. In the middle of the game, a rabid Kohli supporter ran onto the field and attempted to touch the cricketer’s foot with his hands. Everyone’s heart skipped a beat during that amazing moment. The fan’s “dream come true” experience, meanwhile, wasn’t all roses and sunshine. He had to pay a price for his pitch invasion misdeeds.
Again in Thiruvananthapuram, one of star cricketer Virat Kohli’s followers managed to intrude onto the pitch and touch Kohli’s foot in yet another instance of an invasion. Pictures of the incident that show a perplexed Kohli scrambling to save himself while his colleagues are also left in disbelief went viral. Suryakumar Yadav was seen taking selfies of Kohli with the fan at the same moment.
