Prior to the vital Asia Cup 2023, prominent Indian cricketers Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma spoke with photographers and posed for a few photos with the fans. India will undergo a training camp beginning on August 24 before departing for Sri Lanka as part of the ACC event, which is scheduled to begin on August 30.
In order to assure the “quality of practise sessions” during the five-day skill-enhancement camp, which will include the complete squad flying to Sri Lanka for the event, it is also understood that 14 net bowlers have been hired. Captain Rohit and captain Kohli were spotted chatting with fans and taking photographs at the airport before departing for the team’s camp in Alur, Karnataka.
Speaking of their ACC campaign, the Men in Blue will face off against Pakistan in their opening game on September 2 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy, Sri Lanka.
