Indian superstar batsman Virat & Anushka have received an official invitation to the Pran Pratishtha, which takes place soon after the Ram Mandir inauguration in Ayodhya. The scheduled date of the ceremony is January 22. On the specified date, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust will host the event, which is expected to draw 7,000 attendees.
In addition to Kohli, there are Gautam Adani, Amitabh Bachchan, and Mukesh Ambani. With his invitation to the Pran Pratistha, Kohli became the second cricket player from India to receive it. The couple in Mumbai reportedly received the invitation directly. The invitation had been sent to Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar before him.
Virat & Anushka to visit Ayodhya:
Being a devout Hindu, Kohli has been spotted travelling to various temples across the nation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the event’s chief guest. The Trust has invited 3000 VVIPs, including him.
Family members of the 50 kar Sevaks who died in the Ram temple movement are also invited. Kar sevak was the term for those who volunteered during the Ram temple movement. The tragic incident occurred in 1990 when the police opened fire, killing the Kar Sevaks. Mulayam Singh Yadav, the Uttar Pradesh chief minister at the time, gave the order that resulted in the firing. As a result, the government has decided to invite every member of the Kar Sevaks’ families.
According to the PTI, general secretary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust Champat Rai stated, “Family members of the 50 kar Sevaks who lost their lives during the Ram temple movement have also been invited.” Additionally, judges, scientists, writers, and poets have received invitations.
Virat Kohli’s game:
Apart from this, recently, India is predicted to rise from the ashes of defeat and create history in Cape Town by defeating South Africa by 7 wickets at the historic Newlands Stadium yesterday. After suffering a humiliating loss in Johannesburg, the Men in Blue came back to force a thrilling 1-1 series draw. After the victory, cricket player Virat Kohli was spotted dancing.
This victory left a lasting impression on cricket fans because it wasn’t just about atonement; it also made history by concluding as the shortest Test match in terms of balls bowled. Aiden Markram’s magnificent century gave South Africa a chance before the fourth innings. The unpredictable Cape Town pitch meant that even though 79 looked doable on paper, there were possibilities whispering in the Proteas’ ears.
India attacked the target head-on, unfazed and without relenting. With Shreyas Iyer hitting the winning boundary, their determined efforts and well-selected shots helped them reach the target in just 12 overs. It was an example of proactive batting at its finest, guaranteeing an Indian triumph and dispelling any doubts raised by the challenging course.
