Rohit Sharma, the captain of India, stated at the coin toss that they had made a few adjustments to allow other players who have not yet played to get game time. “We will take the pitch first. We haven’t done it under lights during the tournament, so it provides us the chance to bat in that environment. Play your natural game and be brave,” Rohit said.
He adds, “We need to give some other players who haven’t played game time. Five changes have been made. Hardik, Siraj, Bumrah, Kuldeep, and Virat are all out. Making his debut is Tilak. Additionally, Shami and Prasidh enter. Also receiving a game is Suryakumar.”
