SRH all-rounder Abhishek Sharma finds himself in troubled waters after his name popped up in the suicide of Surat-based model Tania Singh. Surat’s Police have summoned Abhishek Shatrma during the investigation of Tania’s suicide.
28 years old Tania has been working in the field of fashion design & modeling. She has more than 10,000 followers on Instagram. Her Instagram bio stated that she was a disc Jocket, Makeup artist, & model. Recently the upcoming star committed suicide for reasons unknown. Police began their investigation in Surat after she committed suicide & during the investigation process, Abhishek Sharma’s name popped up. He was in touch with Tania Singh for quite some time. Tania made her last phone call to the Sunrisers Hyderabad all-rounder Abhishek. Hence Police have summoned the all-rounder for interrogation.
As per the Gujarat Tak news portal, the model returned home late last night & took her life after that. Her family was stressed after seeing her dead body & immediately they informed about the incident to Police.
Abhishek Sharma played for Punjab in the Ranji Trophy 2024
Abhishek Sharma was part of the ongoing Ranji Trophy 2024 where he played for the Punjab team. However, the Punjab team got eliminated from the group stage. The all-rounder has played four matches amassing 199 runs at an average of 28.42. he also scalped three wickets with his epic left-arm spin.
As Punjab failed to qualify for the quaterfinals, Abhishek was planning to start his preparations for the IPL 2024 season with the SRH retaining him. But now the prolific player will have to co-operate with the police for the investigation of Tamana’s death.
IPL 2024 will begin in March & SRH who have failed to perform well in the last three seasons will aim to make a comeback. The Orange Army has signed some big names like Pat Cummins, Travis Head, and Wanindu Hasaranga at the auction. They have a formidable squad in place & will surely aim to reclaim the prestigious IPL trophy for the second time.
