The updated match card for Crown Jewel 2023 is out after the October 20, 2023 episode of Smackdown. Roman Reigns and Logan Paul will both be seen in a big title match at the Premium live event on November 4 in Saudi Arabia. WWE confirmed hours before SmackDown that Roman Reigns will defend his undisputed WWE Universal Championship against LA Knight as part of the updated Crown Jewel Match card. Both superstars will sign the contracts on SmackDown next week.
Logan Paul will finally make his return to WWE
On the other hand, Logan Paul will face Rey Mysterio for the United States Championship. Paul showed up at Friday night SmackDown to repeat his challenge for the title. A few days ago, we saw the Maverick calling out the United States Champion and tweeting “See you soon” in response to the WWE Superstar’s tweet. Mysterio accepted the challenge and the match was made official.
The updated Crown Jewel Match Card is as follows :
- Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship
- Rhea Ripley vs. Nia Jax vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Shayna Baszler vs. Zoey Stark in a Fatal 5-Way Match for the WWE Women’s World Championship
- Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship
- Rey Mysterio vs. Logan Paul for the WWE United States Championship

Will John Cena fight at Crown Jewel ?
Despite being advertised for Crown Jewel 2023, John Cena has not been announced for any singles or tag action for the event. He was seen on SmackDown this week, and he recalled his last singles win. But the segment quickly turned into a brawl as Solo Sikoa entered the ring to take on Cena. Jimmy Uso also arrived to remove the barriers, but Jey Uso attacked him. The segment ended with Cena giving Solo the “Attitude Adjustment”. It remains to be seen whether fans will get to see the matchup between John Cena and Solo Sikoa at Crown Jewel.
