Since CM Punk has returned to the WWE, Seth Rollins is the most pissed off WWE Superstar. His reaction during the WWE Survivor series after watching Punk is one of the most talked about things on the internet currently. Recently, Seth opened up about his viral reaction and stated that he wished he had acted a little differently. Although it is not yet known whether his hatred towards the veteran was an act or a shooting, there’s definitely a reason that Rollins wasn’t thrilled to see Punk walk out there.
During a podcast with Jimmy Traina, Seth explained his reaction and stated that CM Punk said some very bad things about him, talked down about him and the company for years. “I was called a bootlicker and crap like that”, said the WWE superstar.

Rollins about former AEW Star
Seth believes that CM Punk has been selfish for a long time and he didn’t want to take anything away from what Punk did for him when the two were working to move up the ladder. Still, Rollins believes that Punk has changed. He said, “You don’t know me. You don’t know what I stand for. I’m a loyal person and I felt very insulted by the way he treated me, the place I work for, and the friends that I worked with. I don’t need you to go into anything with Colt Cabana if you want to see that kind of stuff, that’s out there. Just the way he treated people.”
He spoke about the beef with Punk
When the WWE Heavyweight champion was asked if his quarrel with Punk would prevent him from working with the Chicago native, he said that nobody is imposing anything and he is a businessman. Rollins is willing to put aside differences and is open-minded when it comes to finding a way to work with everyone. He further said that he doesn’t have time to hold grudges and it takes a lot of energy to keep that negativity inside, so he wants to put that energy somewhere else.
