WrestleMania 40 is just two months away now. On the road to the biggest premium event of the year, many superstars had their eyes on winning the Royal Rumble and headlining the mega event. Becky Lynch wanted to challenge Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship, but her hopes were dashed when Bayley won the Royal Rumble match. Becky has outlived many of her peers, and fans may not have seen the last of her. Elimination Chamber is set to take place next month and Becky Lynch could compete for another title shot. If she is unable to secure her spot at The Show of Shows, The Man could create a feud so big that no matter the outcome, it will lead to a mega match at WrestleMania 40.
Alexa Bliss
Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch have shared the ring before. The two divas have competed in some of the most intense matches of the decade. Bliss is on maternity leave, but she recently shared a positive update hinting at a return soon. Her last match was at last year’s Royal Rumble, where she faced Bianca Belair for the now-retired Raw Women’s Championship. When “Five Feet of Fury” returns, she should definitely think about a feud with Becky Lynch. Their matches for supremacy in 2016 could be continued. Alexa’s heel version was adept with mic skills. Eight years later, the new and improved versions of Bliss and Lynch should collide and potentially have a WrestleMania 40 feud if the former returns.
Jade Cargill
When Jade Cargill signed with the WWE, shortly after, she met Becky on RAW in a backstage segment. When Cargill debuted at the Royal Rumble, she immediately eliminated Nia Jax, one of Lynch’s longtime rivals. Soon after, Becky and Jade came to blows. Compared to Lynch, the former AEW star is relatively new to the industry. However, she did have a 508-day title reign in AEW. Becky knows how to unsettle her opponents with her words. If Cargill needs time to learn how things work in a WWE ring, a feud with The Man at WrestleMania 40 could put a halt to her.
Naomi
Naomi made a great return to WWE after her walkout in 2022. She and Becky Lynch have a connected history in WWE. When Lynch was called up to the main roster to revolutionize the women’s division, she was paired with Charlotte Flair and Saraya. Naomi was on the other team and a fight broke out between the three groups. Since then, both stars have gone their separate ways in their respective careers and continue to feud in singles matches or as tag teams. Now, multiple reports suggest that “Trinity Fatu” is heading to SmackDown, unlike The Man, who is on RAW.
