The updated match card for Crown Jewel 2023 revealed that Roman Reigns will face LA Knight at the premium live event. Now the fans are really excited to see them compete for the championship. Last week on Friday night SmackDown, fans got a glimpse of the match between Reigns and Knight. After LA defeated Solo Sikoa in the main event, Roman attacked him viciously. Although the beating was one-sided, it created much-needed excitement for the match between two superstars. On that note, let’s have a look at four stipulations that could be part of the match between these two.
Tables Match
The last time Reigns defended his WWE Universal Championship was at SummerSlam 2023, where he faced his cousin and former stablemate Jey Uso. Both WWE Superstars used tables on several occasions during the match. Similarly, Reigns and Knight can face each other in a Tables match. Considering that Knight has never competed in a table match, this would be thrilling and exciting for him. This will also enhance his experience and boost him.
Extreme Rules Match
Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight will be the main event of Crown Jewel 2023, so naturally they are expected to have an entertaining match. Although they have the potential to do so, an Extreme Rules match will add more thrill to it. An Extreme Rules match could help open up new avenues for both men in the contest. This will also add to the excitement of the fans, as both Knight and Reigns will be able to use dangerous weapons on each other.

WWE has seen many sanctioned matches in the ring for the past few years. From Randy Orton to Triple H and Seth Rollins, sanctioned matches have been really enjoyed by the audience. So the Tribal Chief and Megastar could fight each other in this match. This match can prove to be good, especially for Knight, as this will give him a big advantage. Even if he loses, it would not appear on his record.
Hell in a Cell
Roman Reigns has been a dominant champion for the last three years, but he has consistently faced criticism that he uses outside interference to win matches. This has happened in almost all of his matches, which disappointed Reign’s opponents. Therefore, if LA Knight wants to ensure that no one from the Bloodline interferes in his match at Crown Jewel, it would be perfect to face Reigns in a Hell in a Cell match. Although this type of match has seen outside interference on some occasions, it is the safest compared to other types of matches.
