PAK vs AUS: Fakhar Zaman & Usama Mir recovered from Viral fever
There comes good news in the Pakistani clan as their opener Fakhar Zaman & leg spinner Usama Mir have fully recovered from their illnesses & are now available for selection for the crucial PAK vs AUS match. Zaman had been grappling with a knee injury while Mir had been battling from fever. But now the duo seems completely fine & their recovery comes as a major relief for the team.
But clouds of concern still surround Pakistan Camp as opener Abdullah Shafique has been suffering from fever. On the other hand, Shaheen Afridi & Usama Mir too had experienced fever symptoms but they have recovered from it. The team’s medical department has ensured that players who are displaying fever symptoms were checked & treated immediately.
In light of these health issues, the Pakistan Cricket team is undertaking all important precautions. All the players were tested for COVID-19, and they were also screened for symptoms related to dengue fever. Thankfully their reports are normal with no reason to be concerned about the health of the players.
Training Sessions Cancelled to ensure enough rest for Players
In order to boost player’s recovery process the team management has canceled the scheduled training sessions on Tuesday. Management has given priority to rest & the squad will participate in a training session from tomorrow afternoon. The measure taken was crucial considering the importance of Pakistan’s fixture against Australia.
