Mohammed Siraj has ascended to the top of ICC Men’s ODI bowler rankings after his unforgettable bowling performance in Asia Cup 2023 finals that dismembered the entire Sri Lanka team. Siraj bowled only 7 overs and had 6 wickets to his name for just 21 runs.
It was day that saw Siraj deliver a record making bowling performance for India. It took him only 15 balls to get a fifer which was fastest ever by an Indian bowler in ODIs. With Siraj’s return to the number 1 position in the ICC Men’s ODI Bowler Rankings, Josh Hazlewood has slipped to number 2 position after he had a regular outing against South Africa in fourth ODI at SuperSport Park, Centurion.

Virat Kohli after his briliant century against Pakistan reached 8th position in the ODI batter rankings. Rohit Sharma remains at 10th position after his satisfactory run with bat in Asia Cup 2023 with 2 half centuries. Ishan Kishan moved from 30th position to 25th.
