When Sheamus made his WWE return after recovering from an injury, fans were mocking him for his increased size, but the Irish wrestler has now shared a photo of his impressive physical transformation. He returned to in-ring action in April after a long period due to injury. However, after being on the sidelines for a long time, Sheamus gained some weight. His return came sooner than he expected, which meant he didn’t get time to get into the shape he wanted.
Sheamus was body shamed after return
This led to fans mocking him online and making fun of the way he looked. “The Celtic Warrior” responded to the body shaming at the time. It also led to Drew McIntyre pointing out his friend’s weight gain, which further fuelled the online bullying. Sheamus admitted at the time that the situation got to him and he has been hitting the gym ever since. Those words proved true, as he looked better than ever on the latest episode of Raw. This week, he shared a photo of himself on social media, comparing it to the one after his return and highlighted his amazing weight loss over the past few months.
Pete Dunne is the current problem for Sheamus
Sheamus is definitely a gym freak, so it is no surprise that he managed to lose weight quickly. He has his own YouTube channel called “Celtic Warrior Workouts,” where he can be seen going to the gym with different WWE Superstars and doing their gym routines. Sheamus may have managed to lose some weight, but now he has to deal with a different problem in the form of his former friend and stablemate Pete Dunne. He has been attacking the Irish wrestler despite being together in the Brawling Brutes.

This continued this week when Dunne cost Sheamus his chance to join the upcoming number-one contender’s Fatal Four-Way match for the Intercontinental Championship. He has been open about wanting to become the Grand Slam Champion, but he can’t unless he captures the Intercontinental title. Dunne attacked him during the qualifying Triple Threat match, even using a shillelagh, leaving a huge gash on Sheamus’ back. “The Celtic Warrior” has vowed to take revenge and both wrestlers are on a path to compete against each other in the near future.
