Sami Zayn is currently on a break from WWE and made his last appearance on TV on December 4, 2023. He wrestled his last match on December 12 against Finn Balor at a non-televised live event. However, Sami is now all set to make his Indian TV debut with Kevin Owens. Both Zayn and Owens visited India in September last year during WWE’s Superstar Spectacle live event, which was held in Hyderabad. The duo was associated with Sony Sports Network at the time to shoot some videos for Indian fans.
This led to the former tag team champions being set to make their Indian TV debut in the upcoming film “Strength and Stunts.” The film will feature the high-octane action and drama of the ring. The film will also feature south Indian Karthi, The Prizefighter and former Bloodline members showing their appreciation and thanking the Indian fans for their continued support to them.

Rajesh Kaul, Chief Revenue Officer, Sony Pictures India, revealed that there is a strong fan base for WWE in South India. Fans from the south represent 41% of India’s ratings as a whole. He also expressed his excitement to collaborate with Karthi and tell the extraordinary stories in Tamil and Telugu that audiences will love.

Along with the film Strength & Stunts, Karthi is also set to star in another Sony Sports Network special, Heroes & Villains. Here, he will lead fans through a journey of WWE’s iconic figures and heels.
Will Sami Zayn appear on the Royal Rumble 2024?
Sami Zayn has been advertised on the official poster of the upcoming premium live event, Royal Rumble 2024, which hints at his presence at the event. However, there have been no reports regarding his status for the event, which has led many to question when he might next appear. There is a possibility that he might be among the 30 men to enter the Royal Rumble. Zayn is also expected to seek vengeance against Drew Mclntyre for his brutal attack during his last appearance. It will be interesting to see whether Sami Zayn will be part of the Royal Rumble 2024 or not.
