Roma form analysis
AS Roma has shown inconsistent league form recently, with two wins, a draw, and two losses across their last five Serie A matches. Their most recent result was a disappointing 1-0 loss away to rivals Juventus on December 31st after conceding in the second half. This follows an impressive 2-0 home victory over league leaders Napoli on December 24th, with late goals from Lorenzo Pellegrini and Romelu Lukaku earning the win. Their most recent result was an unfortunate 3-2 loss away at fellow promotion hopefuls Palermo on December 26th, twice going ahead but conceded late after seeing Vladislav Antov sent off. This follows an excellent 4-0 home thrashing of Modena on December 23rd led by a brace from Charles Pickel.
