IND vs BAN: The Men in Blue were successful in dismantling Pakistan’s lineup when they faced each other in Cricket World Cup 2023 clash held on 14th October. The fixture was held at the Narendra Modi stadium which Rohit Sharma & Co won by seven wickets. Though Pakistan have lost just one of their three matches in the World Cup so far but many doubts have been raised over their ability to go to the knockout stage in the World Cup 2023. And ahead of India’s next fixture against Pakistan there comes a bold statement from Pakistani actress who is hoping that Bangladesh will take revenge of their defeat when they will take on India on Thursday.
The actress named as Sehar Shinwari took to social media & promised to go on a date with a Bangladesh cricketer if they manage to beat India in the ODI World Cup clash.
“InshAllah my Bangali Bandu will avenge us in the next match. I will go to Dhaka and have a fish dinner date with Bangali boy if their team managed to beat India,” Sehar posted on X.
PCB lodged a complaint with ICC & BCCI over conduct during IND vs PAK match
On the Cricketing front, the PCB has lodged a formal complaint with the ICC over multiple matters. The PCB took to social media to announce the same on Tuesday. PCB released the statement & has lodged another formal protest with the ICC over delays in visas for Pakistani journalists & the absence of a visa policy for Pakistan fans for the World Cup 2023. The PCB has also filed a complaint regarding inappropriate behavior targeted at Pakistan squad during the IND vs PAK match held on 14 October 2023.
PCB wrote a request to take a look at the inappropriate behavior Pakistan team was subjected during India vs Pakistan clash. Pakistan team was subjected to religious abuses & chants by few fans present within the stadkium. The video of these incidences got viral on social media & grabbed the limelight of fans as well as top Officials.
Coming to on-field assigments, Babar Azam are next slated to face Australia in their next fixture of the ODI World Cup 2023. Notably, Australia has just won one of their first three matches & will be aiming to win their next fixture against pakistan. On the othe rhand, Pakistan will aim to return to winning terms by forgetting their defeat against India.
