For movie buffs, this year’s Super Bowl was a thrilling event. Online trailers for several of the most anticipated films of the year have been released, offering an initial look at a few of them. The top 12 Super Bowl 2024 trailers to watch are listed below.

1. Deadpool and Wolverine:
Release Date: July 26, 2024
Ryan Reynolds claims that Deadpool 3, now known as Deadpool & Wolverine, will alter the Marvel Cinematic Universe “forever.” Hugh Jackman will return as the adamantium-clawed mutant Wolverine, and Ryan Reynolds will play the title character Deadpool, whose real name is Wade Wilson, in the eagerly awaited film, which is directed by Shawn Levy.
The Time Variance Authority (TVA), a group of multiverse managers last seen in Loki season two, abduct Deadpool during his birthday celebration and introduce him to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in this 2.25-minute clip.
2. The Fall Guy:
Release Date: May 3, 2024
A Super Bowl trailer featuring multiple action scenes, aliens, and space cowboys was released by the makers of the upcoming action thriller film The Fall Guy, which stars Ryan Gosling. The Barbie actor was seen sobbing during a scene in which she was listening to Taylor Swift’s song “All Too Well.” “Have you been crying to Taylor Swift?” In the teaser, Gosling is asked by Emily Blunt. “Doesn’t everybody?” Gosling answers.
The Fall Guy, which is based on the 1980s television series of the same name by Glen A. Larson, stars Ryan Gosling as stuntman Colt Seavers, who is looking for a missing movie star he once doubled for. Blunt plays Gosling’s ex-girlfriend Jody in the movie, and Aaron Taylor-Johnson plays the AWOL celebrity. David Leitch is directing it, and it opens in theatres on May 3.
3. Wicked:
Release Date: November 27, 2024
The official trailer for Wicked Part 1, which stars Ariana Grande and Cynthia Evio, was released by the film’s creators during the 2024 Super Bowl. Under the direction of Jon M. Chu, the large-scale adaptation narrates the untold tale of the Witches of Oz. It is based on Gregory Maguire’s best-selling book, which in turn was based on L. Frank Baum’s 1900 novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, was also made into the iconic 1939 MGM picture of the same name.
4. Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes:
Release Date: May 10, 2024
The global epic franchise, directed by Wes Ball, is given new life. It is set several generations after Caesar’s reign, when apes are the dominant species and live in harmony with humans, forcing humans to live in the background. One young ape embarks on a terrifying journey that will make him doubt everything he has ever known about the past and make decisions that will shape the future for both apes and humans as a new, despotic ape leader establishes his empire.
On May 10, 20th Century Studios India will release Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu theatres.
5. A Quiet Place: Day One:
Release Date: June 28, 2024
The full first trailer for A Quiet Place: Day One is shown above. However, a special condensed version of the footage was released by Paramount for the 2024 Super Bowl. Day One of A Quiet Place 3 by John Krasinski will take place in the year 2024, but it will start at the beginning of the alien invasion with a fresh cast of characters in New York City. Day One’s cast will be led by Lupita Nyong’o, Joseph Quinn, and Alex Wolff, while Djimon Hounsou will reprise his role as the Man on the Island from A Quiet Place 2.
6. Knuckles:
Release Date: April 26, 2024
For a spinoff series that takes place after the events of Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Idris Elba returns to play Knuckles’ voice. During the Super Bowl, a glimpse into Paramount+’s Knuckles series was shown; however, the entire trailer is available above.
Alongside Elba, Adam Pally and Cary Elwes provide a strong live-action voice cast for Knuckles, while Ben Schwartz reprises his role as Sonic, who will also be featured in the six-episode series. Additionally, Christopher Lloyd is joining the echidna crew in the role of Pachacamac, a figure who is related to Sonic’s mother.
7. Kung Fu Panda 4:
Release Date: March 8, 2024
Less than a month after the big game, Kung Fu Panda 4 will hit theatres. While a teaser for Kung Fu Panda 4 was shown during the Super Bowl, the full trailer (seen above) was not released until December. Eight years after the last film in the series, Jack Black’s Po will face off against The Chameleon, a new antagonist voiced by Viola Davis in Kung Fu Panda 4. There will be more celebrities in the star-studded cast, including Ke Huy Quan, Bryan Cranston, and James Hong.
8. Despicable Me 4:
Release Date: July 3, 2024
The full Despicable Me 4 trailer was released a few weeks ago, but the Minions are back for some football-related fun during the Super Bowl. In a playful nod to artificial intelligence and its association with “Minion intelligence,” the Super Bowl teaser featured a strange AI creation that teased Steve Carell and Will Ferrell as the voices of Gru and Maxime Le Mal, respectively. The new antagonist in the franchise will be none other than Ferrell’s Maxime Le Mal. But Gru Jr., the newest member of the family, might steal the show.
9. Twisters:
Release Date: July 19, 2024
Twisters, a follow-up to the unexpected hit film that debuted 28 years ago and starred a group of storm chasers, will hit theatres in 2024. The first teaser for Twisters debuted during the 2024 Super Bowl, giving viewers their first impression of Daisy Edgar-Jones, Glen Powell’s cowboy tornado chaser, and their respective teams. A significant question going into the sequel is whether Helen Hunt will reprise her role as Jo Harding, given that Twisters appears to be concealing a significant character relationship.
10. IF:
Release Date: May 17, 2024
The Office was parodied in the IF Super Bowl trailer, which recapped a memorable prank in which Randall Park played Jim, played by John Krasinski. The comedy, which will combine live-action characters portrayed by Ryan Reynolds with an amazing voice cast of “imaginary friends,” including a role played by Krasinski’s former co-star from The Office, Steve Carell, is actually being directed by Krasinski. The sequel to Krasinski’s A Quiet Place appears to be a happy, family-friendly journey.
11. Monkey Man:

One of the commercial breaks following the overtime period of Super Bowl 2024 hinted at Dev Patel’s upcoming thriller, Monkey Man. In addition to playing the lead role, Patel is also directing the film for the first time, with Jordan Peele serving as producer. The entire Monkey Man trailer features Patel’s character in a physical role and teases a thrilling story involving fight clubs and a quest for vengeance after a family member dies. For action fans, Monkey Man sounds like the ideal John Wick substitute.
12. Inside Out 2:
Release Date: June 14, 2024
For a Pixar sequel, Riley and her emotions will return to the forefront almost ten years after the original Inside Out opened. The full trailer for Inside Out 2 was unveiled in November 2023, but a special glimpse at Riley’s transition to adolescence was unveiled during the Super Bowl in 2024. Riley is seen in the video playing hockey while experiencing a range of emotions, including joy, fear, disgust, sadness, and rage. But this time, Maya Hawke’s Anxiety is the newest Emotion to join Inside Out 2.
