Keep in mind that you’ll be stretching, punching, kicking, rolling, and moving, so wear clothes that fit. For your first time, a fitted T-shirt and comfy athletic shorts will work just fine. We recommend a rash guard and board shorts.
It might be a good idea to pack a mouthpiece and groin guard as well. Please feel free to bring your own gloves and shin pads if you’re taking the Kickboxing class.

During your first MMA session, your instructor will be the best source of information. Even if some of his or her advice is outside of your comfort zone, pay attention to what they have to say.
