On Wednesday, December 6, in Surat, India Capitals defeated Gujarat Giants by 12 runs in an exciting Eliminator match of the Legends League Cricket (LLC 2023). After the game, while Gambhir was doing an interview, the Kerala pacer posted a video on social media in which he claimed Gambhir had said some hurtful things to him. Sreesanth claimed in a separate video that Gambhir repeatedly called him a “fixer” and verbally abused him.

“I have not used a single derogatory or abusive word to him. What are you saying? I asked. What exactly are you saying? In fact, I kept sarcastically laughing because he kept calling me “Fixer, fixer, you are a fixer, F*** off fixer. This is the terminology used. He kept calling me fixer when they were trying to control him,” Sreesanth said.
Sreesanth stated in the first video he posted about the incident that Gambhir does not respect his colleagues, including former opening partner Virender Sehwag. The 40-year-old also stated that when asked about Virat Kohli during cricket shows, Gambhir avoids the subject.
Bhuvneshwari Sreesanth, the speedster’s wife, commented on one of his Instagram posts, questioning Gambhir’s upbringing.
