For the first time ever, India is hosting the full ODI World Cup 2023, which is now in progress. The Indian Cricket Board spent a lot of time getting ready for the big event to ensure that the competition went off without a hitch. However, former Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Hafeez recently expressed his dissatisfaction with the Indian Cricket Board, claiming that the upcoming ODI World Cup 2023 lacks organisation.
Many people are surprised by Hafeez’s remark because the ODI World Cup is normally thought of as having a high standard of professionalism and organisation. Hafeez’s assertion, however, raises the possibility that this year’s competition fell short of those hopes.
According to Hafeez to India.com, “Overall, we have watched 4 days of the World Cup. I have so far witnessed inadequate planning and organisation on the part of the organisers. The poor crowd response, in my opinion, is the second largest issue with this. When creating a global competition, you must think internationally when making decisions. You should never make important judgements with poor intentions.”
Mohammad Hafeez slams Indian cricket board:
Hafeez did not, however, elaborate on the specific causes of his annoyance. At the time of writing, no Indian player had responded to Hafeez’s remarks. But the supporters are interested in learning more about the scope and substance of the problems the Pakistani all-rounder has brought up.
The ODI World Cup 2023 is highly anticipated by cricket fans around the world, who are also hoping for a prompt resolution to any issues that may arise. Despite the difficulties, the cricketing world is still optimistic that the World Cup will continue to feature the exciting and competitive cricket that fans have come to expect.
