When the Chennai Super Kings fans saw their captain, also known as Thala MS Dhoni, leaving for the IPL 2024 practice session, they lost it. The fans said that it was like seeing God and that it was their dream come true.
A special video of the fans showing up in large numbers and supporting their heroes was shared on CSK’s social media accounts. As MS Dhoni arrived to head out for the practice session, the CSK supporters erupted in cheers, anticipating a glimpse of their captain. The captain raised his hand to show his appreciation for the support he received.
While waiting to see Dhoni, a fan remarked, “We are awaiting the arrival of MS Dhoni. All I want to see is him fine-tune his bat or glove. We will be there to support MS Dhoni no matter what he does. Allow the world to applaud Dhoni, but for the people of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, he is Thala. Thala for a reason.”
