From 2004 until 2019, former India captain MS Dhoni had a remarkable career. He played 350 One-Day Internationals (ODIs), the last of which was the feared 2019 semi-final against New Zealand. He has been out of international cricket since August 2020. In the last three years, the wicketkeeper batter has only played in IPL seasons. During this period, his Chennai Super Kings either won the title (2021 and 2023) or finished second to last in the points table (2020 and 2022).
