Odisha Cricket Association issued show-cause notice following floodlight failure during India vs England ODI
The Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) has found itself in hot water after a floodlight malfunction during the second ODI between India and England at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack on Sunday night.
