The Yo-Yo Tests were live-broadcast by the tournament’s broadcaster and streamed on their YouTube channel. The India captain, whose fitness has never been a given, made it through the Test.
Speaking of fitness regimens, athletes are now required to undergo a full battery of examinations, including blood, strength and mobility, shoulder and glute care, protein intake, gym sessions, walking and running followed by swimming, yoga sessions, massages, and nine hours of sleep.
In the past, Virat Kohli, a former captain of India, not only won the Test but also finished with a score of 17.9. Sharma, on the other hand, has yet to receive his test results but has passed. Every player must score at least 15 or 16. In addition, the athletes received specially tailored fitness plans, which they greatly required.

The Asia Cup will also serve as a prelude to the eagerly anticipated ODI World Cup, which begins on October 5.
