NBA Playoffs Round: The New York Knicks will face the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference semi-finals after both teams won the first round of the NBA playoffs. The Pacers and Knicks had several exciting playoff series in the 1990s, splitting six between 1993 and 2000. Reggie Miller, the Pacers’ all-time leading scorer, was at the centre of many of the most memorable moments from those disputed games.
The second-seeded Knicks, who won 4-2, will meet the sixth-seeded Indiana Pacers in an Eastern Conference best-of-seven semifinal series. The first game is scheduled for Monday in New York. The Indiana Pacers defeated the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 6 of the NBA playoffs by 120-98. There is no doubt that Giannis Antetokounmpo’s injury influenced the outcome of the game and the entire playoff series.

Knicks beat 76ers in six games for series clinching win (2-4)
Jalen Brunson led the Knicks with 41 points and 12 assists as they prepare for an Eastern Conference semifinal against Indiana. NYK defeated the Philly in six matches, advancing to the second round for the second consecutive year.
The Knicks have advanced to the second round in consecutive years for the first time since the 1992–2000 postseasons, and even then, no one did what Brunson did in this series, scoring 40 points or more in each of the final three games.
Hart, DiVincenzo, and Jalen Brunson, all former Villanova Wildcats, saved the Knicks from a first-half meltdown that could have forced a Game 7. DiVincenzo scored 23 points, while Hart had 16.
Embiid finished with 39 points and 13 rebounds. Buddy Hield recorded 20 points. Tyrese Maxey, who dropped 45 points in Game 5, was a non-factor in the first half, finishing with 17.
Indiana Pacers Crush Bucks to win first playoff series in decade
The Indiana Pacers defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 120-98 in Game 6, advancing to the Eastern Conference playoffs. The Bucks welcomed back Damian Lillard, who had missed the previous two games due to an Achilles injury, while Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) was ruled out.
Despite the late acquisition of Lillard, Milwaukee was unable to defeat the Pacers. With the setback, the Bucks duplicated their playoff run from last year, when they were eliminated in the first round despite a strong regular season.
Obi Toppin had 21 points, T.J. McConnell had 20 points and nine assists, and the Indiana Pacers won a playoff series. Tyrese Haliburton, a two-time All-Star, had 17 points, 10 assists, and six rebounds for Indiana, while Pascal Siakam ended with 19 points and seven rebounds.
Toppin and McConnell both set postseason career highs in points, with McConnell adding four steals.
