Early Career:
In January 2008, Krishna moved from the local Fijian side Labasa FC to the Waitakere United of the New Zealand Football Championship (NZFC). Krishna later received a one-month trial offer from Derby County of the EFL Championship in June 2013, but he was unable to take it owing to restrictions imposed on him as a result of his recent gain of permanent status in New Zealand. Throughout his six seasons with Waitakere United, Krishna scored 55 goals in 75 games. In the 2012–13 season, he was crowned the NZFC Golden Boot winner.
Krishna made his Fijian debut in 2007 at the South Pacific Games and participated for them in the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification competition. In addition, Krishna was chosen to represent the USA at the 2010 OFC Futsal Championship. On July 16, it was revealed that Krishna was one of the three over-age players for the Fiji under-23 squad playing in the 2016 Summer Olympics, together with Simione Tamanisau and Alvin Singh. On August 7, 2016, he scored the team’s lone goal against Mexico to cap the team’s last tournament campaign. Fiji’s first-ever goal at an Olympic tournament was scored by Krishna. On June 18, 2019, Krishna announced that he had signed a one-year deal with the Indian Super League franchise, ATK, which is no longer in existence. Krishna Roy made an impression with a goal against Hyderabad in just his second outing for ATK. The sight gradually became habituated after that. International Career
