There have been many players in the NBA who reached triple-doubles by halftime, but the special thing about Doncic’s performance was that he had 29 points at the end of the first half. He continued to add points, reaching 40 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds by the end of the third quarter, with the game already out of hand for the Utah Jazz. In the end, the Mavericks won the game 147–97.
