Two of the biggest WWE stars seem to be gearing up for a new storyline and a big match. Following a heated exchange between Logan Paul and LA Knight on Friday night’s SmackDown, the two exchanged a few shots on social media. The first came from WWE United States Champion Logan, when he captioned a video “Let me talk to ya” while attempting to mock LA Knight but failed to tag him. In the video, The Maverick said that he doesn’t care what Knight wants, referring to the United States title.
A potential feud between the two on the way?
LA Knight responded to this by calling Paul a social media influencer who can’t even figure out how to tag people. The mocking continued when Logan Paul hit back with “WWE Megastar can’t even win a title,” highlighting Knight’s failed attempts to become a champion on the main roster.
A potential feud between the two superstars has been discussed by fans since the two had a conversation during the build-up to Money in the Bank 2023. So far, these teases on social media have just been an online mocking and there has been no official word on whether the United States Champion will face Knight for the title or not.
Knight fueled the speculation
This year in January, LA Knight made some comments in an interview about if Logan Paul is going to get in the ring with Knight again. He said, “Logan Paul has been doing this for what, about three minutes? I’ve been doing this for about 20 years. I went out there and basically laid the law down as far as what’s going to go down if it was ever going to be me and Logan in the ring.”

There was speculation around the time of WrestleMania XL that the two could still face off then, with Knight further fueling the speculation when he appeared on the ‘In The Kliq podcast.’ Knight stated that he doesn’t know if he will cross paths with Logan Paul, but at some point, one way or another, he will come away with the gold.
It is understandable because WWE keeps control over what happens on wrestlers’ social media accounts and a match between ‘The Maverick’ and LA Knight is likely to happen soon.
