Monday Night Raw saw a shocking and exciting conclusion as Liv Morgan introduced a surprising twist in her ongoing story with the members of Judgement Day, specifically Dominik Mysterio. Becky Lynch lost the Women’s World Championship to ‘Queen of Extreme’ at King and Queen of the Ring tournament and then she lost the rematch for the title too. This Monday night Raw ended with Morgan stealing a kiss from Dominik that left fans in a tizzy and speculating as to what this meant. Rhea Ripley will definitely not be happy seeing this from her home.
Dominik appeared to help Lynch
The night began with Lynch seeking vengeance following Dominik’s interference at King and Queen of the King, where his actions inadvertently cost her the championship. To ensure a fair fight, The Man challenged Morgan to a steel cage match, a setup designed to prevent any outside interference. However, the end of the match proved otherwise. The steel cage match between Lynch and Morgan was extremely competitive. But when Dominik was helping Lynch escape the cage, seemingly making amends for his previous interference. The unexpected move became complicated by the arrival of Finn Balor, JD McDonagh and Braun Strowman.
In a chaotic and ironically hilarious ending, Strowman stormed the ring targeting McDonagh and he inadvertently knocked Dominik into the cage, causing the door to slam on Lynch’s head. This allowed Morgan to take advantage of the opportunity and escape the cage to retain the title.
