Members of the Indian team are wearing black armbands during the game to honour the late Bishan Singh Bedi, who died on October 23. Bedi, who made his debut in 1966, played 67 Tests and 10 One-Day Internationals for India, taking 273 wickets. Many consider Bedi to be one of the greatest spinners of all time, as well as one of the greatest Indian cricketers.
