Indian captain Rohit Sharma is genuinely adored by his teammates as a leader. Videos of Rohit’s amusing interactions with Team India players on the field occasionally become popular on social media. Following India’s 4-1 series victory over England in the Dharamsala Test, Rohit went out with a few of the team’s younger players.
The captain of the Indian cricket team posted a photo from the excursion to Instagram as well. He was seen in the photo with Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shubman Gill, Dhruv Jurel, and Sarfaraz Khan. The picture’s caption, written by Rohit, was the one that went viral.
Rohit captioned the photo, “Garden mein ghoomne wale bande,” and former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh and current star Suryakumar Yadav responded. Upon seeing Yuvraj’s laughing emoji, Suryakumar responded, writing, “Gill and Jaiswal definitely”.

Following the conclusion of the series, Rohit also discussed his future, stating that he would retire as soon as he realized he could no longer benefit the team.
“I’ll immediately retire the day I wake up and realize I’m not good enough. However, I’ve been playing the best cricket of my life for the past few years,” Rohit said to Jio Cinema following the game.
“When you win a Test like this, everything has to fall into place. People will eventually (go) and people will come; that much is certain.” The Hitman added, praising the team for their victory over England.
He further added, “Although these young men may lack experience, they have played a lot of cricket, and from where I am, I can tell that they handled pressure fairly well. It was pleasing to see, and the entire team deserves credit.”
The seasoned batter will now concentrate on the upcoming Mumbai Indians IPL 2024 season. One of the most talented batsmen in the opening position, Rohit Sharma, also referred to as Hitman has long captivated Indian fans. In his twelve-year career, he has broken and set countless records. During the 12th edition of the mega-event, he broke Sangakkara’s record for the most hundreds in an ICC World Cup in a single edition with five centuries.
