The umpires in India v England series has received a lot of criticism for on-field calls and DRS decisions from the third umpire. Rod Tucker has become the recent addition to this list.
India and England are playing fourth match of the series in Ranchi. The on-field is Rod Tucker alongside Kumar Dharamsena. Two Indian batters —Shubman Gill and Rajat Patidar— were given lbw out by Rod Tucker.
Both were given out on umpire’s call and fans of team India couldn’t restraint their contempt for Tucker. They accused Tucker of giving everything out that is appealed by English bowlers.
India have lost four wickets and still trail by more than 200 runs. It means that both teams are fighting hard to stay ahead in the game, the pitch has not been the easiest one either.

My anger on Rod Tucker is increasing every second
He is giving decisions favour to England
This is not good at all
Nobody is talking about this
Trivedi was clearly angry with Rod Tucker:
Isn’t it important to note that #RodTucker who didn’t give a single LBW to Indian bowlers is giving away every LBW appeal?
But I’m sure @benstokes38 today won’t say that umpiring is biased.
Or was he saying that since there weren’t any white umpire Eng didn’t get decision?
Sanjeet Chaudhary couldn’t hold his anger for the Australian umpire:
What is wrong with Mr Rod Tucker he has given 3 England batsman who were plumbed as not out and got reversed in DRS and now he has given two umpire’s call in favour of England when they are bowling, You can’t be this much wrong in a single test match against same team.

Rod Tucker budha you taken 2 wickets against india.your finger is not going up when rnglan was batting now when India is batting your finger is always going up..shamefull decision
After the conclusion of third test, Ben Stokes had plenty of questions for DRS. He even advocated the idea of its abolishment. Both sides had their say about it. However, it is not good to be critical of umpire’s decision openly.
