Jake Paul scored a stunning TKO victory against Mike Perry in their boxing match on Saturday. “The Problem Child” landed strong and powerful shots to Perry’s face and put him down on the boxing canvas several times during the match. Jake knocked “Platinum” in the first, second and sixth round, completely dominating the fight. The sixth round saw Paul land continuous shots to his opponent’s face that dropped Perry on the canvas. These brutal attacks were enough for the referee to end the match.
Logan about his potential return to boxing
Jake Paul’s brother and WWE superstar Logan Paul was also present to support his younger brother after the match. WWE United States Champion Logan Paul had a chat with Fred Talks Youtube channel post-match, and during the conversation, “The Maverick” was asked about his potential comeback to boxing.
Logan stated that he would only return if a fight excites him, like the Floyd Mayweather fight. Otherwise, he has no desire to get back in the boxing ring. Logan emphasized the fact that he is currently on a pretty good run in the WWE as the United States Champion. Logan also claimed that he is much better at wrestling than boxing.
“I have no such desire. No, I felt like I did the Floyd thing. You know, I need to be inspired by the dance part. I got a good thing going on in the WWE, bro,” said Logan.
“The Maverick” is currently a top star in WWE
Logan Paul entered the professional wrestling circuit in 2021 and made his WWE debut. “The Maverick” showed excellent athleticism and elite skills that led him to the top. He delivered some stunning classic matches. Logan became the WWE United States Champion last year when he defeated Rey Mysterio at the WWE Crown Jewel 2023. He has been holding the title since then and is now set to defend his championship against LA Knight at SummerSlam on August 4.
