The online battle between Jake Paul and Conor McGregor still continues as both fighters keep going after each other. McGregor launched a scathing attack on “The Problem Child” after his win over Mike Perry, and now Jake has responded to the insult. Conor McGregor is the co-owner of the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, so he was definitely upset that the BKFC star Perry suffered a crushing defeat to Jake Paul.
Jake Paul responds to the Irish star
The YouTuber turned pro boxer Jake took on Mike Perry in an eight-round boxing bout. However, the fight ended via knockout in the sixth round, with Paul emerging as the winner. After watching the fight, Conor McGregor launched a scathing criticism on X. The Irishman accused Jake Paul of weight-bullying on Perry and also called out the 27-year-old for his potential upcoming fight against the 58-year-old Mike Tyson.
Jake referred to McGregor as ‘angry c***head’ and attacked the former UFC champion with harsh words. Although the YouTuber acknowledged McGregor’s success, he believes the Irishman is not winning fights. Jake stated that he finds McGregor’s tweets about the situation funny. He stated that McGregor will use his contractual obligation with the UFC as an excuse to avoid getting in the ring with him. “He is owned by Dana White,” said Paul. “The Problem Child” claims he wants a tough challenge and then talked about a potential fight against UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira.
Jake also called out Alex Pereira
A fight between Conor McGregor and Jake Paul is highly unlikely, as the Irishman is still contracted to the UFC. White only made an exception with Floyd Mayweather, but now that seems impossible. After his win, Jake called out the UFC Light Heavyweight champion Alex Pereira for a clash, but this matchup also seems unlikely to happen because of the same reason that “Poatan” is also signed to the UFC.

Jake Paul has defeated several former UFC fighters, such as Tyron Woodley, Anderson Silva and Ben Askren, but he has never competed with the active fighters. However, Jake is still a great boxer and has expressed a desire to win a title. Terence Crawford believes that the YouTuber can win the title. During a conversation with Ariel Helwani, Crawford stated that Jake has learned a lot in his career and can win a title one day. He also differentiated him from an average YouTube boxer.
