Maxwell’s gleaming knock of 35 runs off 18 balls embellished with four sixes left the crowd in awe. The way Maxwell carried away his innings & guided the team to a victory was truly commendable. The highlight of his innings was a switch-hit off Patrick Dooley in the fifth over. Displaying exemplary class & finesse, Maxwell kneeled on his knees to send the ball into the stands.
With Maxwell at the helm of Stars affairs, the franchisee managed to chase the DLS target within 6.3 overs registering their second win of the season & winning four crucial points. sitting in the fourth spot of the Points table, the Stars are all set to face Adelaide Strikers in their next match on December 31.
