Since CM Punk has made his WWE return, fans just can’t stop appreciating him. After he got involved in the storyline with Drew McIntyre, both the Second City Saint and The Scottish Warrior are getting more praise. Currently, the rivalry between Punk and McIntyre is arguably one of the best ongoing storylines in WWE. Punk defeated McIntyre at Bash in Berlin 2024 in a strap match, giving the WWE audience the most entertaining match of the night. Many thought that the storyline would be over after the PLE, but it’s not and is still continued. On the recent episode of Monday Night Raw, CM Punk called out Gunther, thinking that the rivalry was over, but Drew McIntyre appeared and beat him down so brutally that the Cookie Master had to leave the shoe on a stretcher.
McIntyre destroyed Punk’s bracelet
The Scottish Warrior wanted to do more than just physical damage. CM Punk’s bracelet that has the names of his wife and dog written on it has been the center of this feud and it is now destroyed. Punk got back his bracelet at Bash in Berlin when he took it off McIntyre’s hand before hitting him with GTS and winning the match. On Raw, McIntyre not only ripped off the bracelet but also shoved the beads down Punk’s throat.
The Scottish Warrior tracked Punk’s fan
Drew was not satisfied with this brutal damage, so he went backstage and tracked down the fan who had made and sent Punk that bracelet. It was not difficult for him to track down the person, as CM Punk had already given them a shout-out and thanked the fan for the item that meant so much to him. However, the tweet that McIntyre responded to was posted in April, so it seems he was already prepared in advance and knew what he was going to do to Punk on Raw.

McIntyre told the person who made the bracelet, “His blood is on your hands.” This statement to a fan was not only apt for McIntyre’s character but also for the entire rivalry. Victoria is the name of the fan who made the bracelet for CM Punk. She responded to McIntyre with “5 minutes 46 seconds.” This was the time till McIntyre was the world Champion at WrestleMania before Punk cost him the championship.
It will be interesting to see now if the bracelet McIntyre broke on Raw is indeed the real one. Punk has previously revealed that many fans have sent him replacements during the whole storyline, but the real bracelet is the one that means the most to him. Drew and CM Punk will potentially clash again at Bad Blood.
