WWE Raw’s faction Judgement Day has been seeing some big changes for some time. Although Damian Priest may have won the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40, Rhea Ripley had to vacate her Women’s World Championship due to any injury she suffered at the hands of Liv Morgan, shortly after her Dom Dom went down with an injury. While Dominik Mysterio remains on TV with a placement in a storyline with Morgan, he recently revealed when we will be able to see him back in the wrestling ring.
Dominik gave update about his injury
In mid-April, Dominik suffered an injury during a match at Raw with Andrade. A report stated that needed Tommy John surgery and would be out for several months, causing “Dirty Dom” to take to social media to refute that speculation. Although he has an elbow injury, his timeline for a comeback looks promising.
Recently in an interview on The Masked Man show, Dominik said, “Arm is good. It’s healing well. I had a slight tear in my Tommy John ligament, which was a freak accident in the wrestling world because it was a baseball injury. About six to eight weeks. I’ve been doing rehab twice a week. I’m just trying to get healthy and help Judgement Day so they can physically start hurting again.”
Morgan and Ripley might get involved in a dramatic storyline
Although Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio are both out with injuries, WWE is doing a great job setting up the next angle that looks to separate Mami and Dom Dom. Several Raw segments and social media posts have featured Liv Morgan talking Mysterio away from Ripley and even a secret meeting with Finn Balor, as their faction is looming. Morgan is scheduled to face Becky Lynch for the Women’s World Championship at King & Queen of the Ring this weekend, if she wins, she will be on a collison course with Mami upon her return.
