UFC President Dana White recently revealed his amazing physical transformation following a two-year health journey. Dana made a drastic lifestyle change after a DNA analyst in 2022 predicted to him that he had only ten years left to live. By adopting a ketogenic diet and a regular gym routine, the 54-year-old made great progress and improved his health.

White recently posted on Instagram and showed a comparison of his physique from September 2022 to now. The pictures show his remarkable progress, with the upper image showing him bulked up and the other picture showing his stunningly toned body. In this post, he wrote a caption that said, “Today is 2 years since I started my health journey with @garybrecka, thankyou for changing my life my brother. I feel incredible.”

Dana White showed great impact with his dedication towards health and fitness and many of his fans are now inspired by this transformation. Reacting to White’s photos, one of the users wrote, “This is unreal, such an inspiration. While another wrote, “Your pop looks just like you,” praising his appearance in a sarcastic way.
White’s journey began after meeting Gary Brecka, who is known for his ability to predict lifespan based on blood and DNA analysis. In an interview in 2022, the UFC CEO recalled his experience with Brecka, who accurately predicted his death within a month. Driven by this shocking prediction, White sought guidance from him and Brecka conducted extensive blood tests and analyzed White’s DNA, which revealed grim health metrics. Dana’s triglycerides were dangerously high at 764, far above the healthy range of 80 to 150. After seeing these results, White was advised by Brecka to follow his recommendations for ten weeks, ensuring life-changing results.

White strictly followed the guidance he was given. Reflecting on his journey, he explained how bad his health had become. Dana stated his feet were messed up 13 weeks ago, he couldn’t tie his shoes or even bend because of how his legs were messed up. Now his commitment has paid off and Dana feels like he is 35 again.
