One of the Greatest Cricketers that Pakistan has ever produced Imran Khan’s retirement became the talk of the town for Pakistan. One of Cricket’s most dynamic personalities he made a comeback from retirement to guide his country to victory in ODI World Cup 1992. Initially, when Pakistan failed to win the World Cup in 1987 co-hosted by India & Pakistan, Imran decided to bid adieu to Cricket. But soon at the request of then-Pakistan President General Zia-ul-Haq, Imran Khan made a U-turn from his retirement decision. And soon he overcome his regret of not winning the World Cup for the country by guiding Pakistan to their glorious World Cup triumph in 1992. However, after the World Cup triumph in 1992, Imran never graced the field again. Though he is not playing for the country but for his outstanding contributions, Imran Khan is still hailed as one of the greatest cricketers born on the soil of Pakistan.
