In the 16th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), star Indian batsman Virat Kohli and Afghanistan pacer Naveen-ul-Haq got into a violent argument that shocked the cricket world. The 24-year-old cricketer Naveen-ul-Haq received harsh criticism for how he behaved towards Kohli, and as Afghanistan arrived in India to compete in the ODI World Cup 2023, every fan looked forward to the matchup between Kohli and Naveen.
The players were seen cuddling when India faced Afghanistan in the main event, so it appears like they have made up. Now that the problem has been rectified, it appears that Naveen-ul-Haq has the full support of the Indian population.
Cricketer Naveen-ul-Haq:
Evidently, on Sunday, October 15, during Afghanistan vs. England in game 13 of the ODI World Cup 2023 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, the fans were heard chanting Naveen-ul-Haq’s name. In the viral video, the pacer is seen grinning and making a genius gesture to acknowledge the chants.
Delhi crowd chanting "Naveen Bhai, Naveen Bhai" and he showed a beautiful gesture in return.

The thirteenth edition of the Cricket World Cup, an ODI cricket competition for men’s national teams, will be held in 2023 and will be hosted by the International Cricket Council (ICC). India is hosting the event, which started on October 5 and will last through November 19, 2023. England, the defending champions, won the 2019 competition after defeating New Zealand in the championship match at Lord’s in London.
Ten national teams are taking part. To compete in the event, they all have to get through the 2023 Cricket World Cup qualification process. India earned the right to host the competition; through the ICC Cricket World Cup Super League, Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, New Zealand, Pakistan, and South Africa also advanced. Through the qualification round, which took place in Zimbabwe in June and July 2023, The Netherlands and Sri Lanka advanced. For the first time in their history, the West Indies were unable to secure a spot in the competition.
For the first time, the men’s Cricket World Cup is being hosted exclusively by India. They collaborated with other nations to co-host the 1987, 1996, and 2011 tournaments. The competition is being held at ten distinct locations across ten cities in India. The first and second semi-finals will be held at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai and Eden Gardens in Kolkata, respectively, while the final will be held at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
