Kagiso Rabada, a pacer from South Africa, has participated in the IPL since 2017. He made his professional debut for Delhi Daredevils (now Capitals) six years ago. Rabada was purchased by Punjab Kings (previously Kings XI Punjab) in the super auction last year. The 2014 U19 World Cup champion may have picked up some Hindi during the past six years.
In the meantime, the Johannesburg player may be heard speaking some Hindi sentences before the next ODI World Cup 2023. “Beta, papa ko mat sikhao! (Boys, don’t try to teach your father!)” proclaimed the right-arm pacer in a video that Funcho and Apex Council jointly released.

After the 2015 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, the former U19 player made his international debut in 2015. The Proteas made it to the semifinals of that competition, but they were unable to stop Brendon McCullum’s New Zealand, who played in their first final, in their tracks.
The Green Brigade had a forgettable World Cup four years ago since they didn’t make it past the group stage. They experienced it for the first time following the home WC in 2003.
