American rapper Cardi B recently revealed that she would be interested in making her first WWE appearance at WrestleMania 40 next year. Cardi has been a big fan of wrestling growing up and has even paid tribute to some WWE stars, such as the late Eddie Gurrero, by mentioning them in her songs. Her 2021 single “Up” was also used as the official theme of that year’s SummerSlam event.
Cardi loved WWE in Childhood
Cardi B made an appearance on Hot 97 with Peter Rosenberg, and she was asked about the possibility of her taking part in WrestleMania 40 or doing something like Bad Bunny in WWE. The 30-year-old stated that she used to love wrestling.
While replying to the question, Cardi said, “Bad Bunny is jumping off the ropes. I just told you my body was messed up after the second baby. I mean, I’d love to get on it; don’t know what to do, like I don’t know whether I have to perform or slap a bitch, but I wanna go and want to fulfill some kind of dream. I loved wrestling, I was crazy about it”.
Who were Cardi’s favorite wrestlers?
The rapper opened up about how much she loved watching WWE as a child. When asked about who her favorite was, she mentioned a few names and revealed that she thought Undertaker was actually a ghost. “I liked Batista because he was so handsome. I loved Eddie Guerrero and Booker T. Even when I was younger, I thought Undertaker was a ghost and used to come from the dead,” said the Grammy Award winner.

Cardi B is a huge musician and celebrity, so her appearance at the biggest WWE event, WrestleMania,” will definitely create some social media buzz.
