In the latest edition of Friday Night SmackDown at Capital One Arena, WWE Superstars took inspiration from the Olympics for their six-women tag team match. Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill and Naomi faced The Unholy Union and Blair Davenport. The trio of Belair, Naomi and Cargill paid tribute to the USA gymnastics team from the Paris Olympics 2024: Simone Biles, Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, Sunisa Lee and Hazely Rivera. The trio had outfits on that reflected Team USA’s uniforms, with Naomi wearing a blue-black attire, Cargill wearing a red outfit and Belair wearing a white dress that represented the American flag.

This tribute by Jade Cargill, Bianca and Naomi was appreciated by the WWE Universe and several fans are now sharing photos of the tribute on social media and praising them. Naomi won by pinning The Unholy Union and Blair Davenport, which was a much-needed victory after the previous previous loss in her hometown. WWE has officially announced that Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair will face Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at Bash in Berlin 2024. The event is set to take place at the Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany, on August 31, 2024.
Jade Cargill, who currently holds the WWE Tag Team Championship, recently spoke about her goal of winning the WWE Women’s World title. “I’m going to get the WWE Women’s World Title. It’s going to happen. Being a legend in this industry, it’s going to happen,” said Cargill.
Bash in Berlin is stacked with top matches
The match card of WWE Bash in Berlin 2024 features several incredible matches. WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes is set to defend his title against Kevin Owens. The New WWE World Heavyweight Champion will defend his title for the first time against The Viper Randy Orton.
Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest will face off against Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio in a mixed tag team match. CM Punk and Drew McIntyre, whose storyline is currently one of the hottest in the WWE, will take their rivalry even further at Bash in Berlin 2024 in a strap match. The New WWE Women’s Champion, Nia Jax, will defend her title for the first time in a street fight against Michin.
