#3. Jos Buttler
England’s destructive batter Jos Buttler has played 181 one-day internationals for England, scoring 5022 runs at an average of 39.54. He was also dismissed once on 99 in one-day internationals.
It was during the 3rd ODI of England’s tour of the West Indies in 2013-14, that Buttler played a sensational knock of 99 runs but unfortunately couldn’t convert it to a hundred. Batting first, England had a sloppy start after having lost two early wickets. Joe Root stabled the side’s innings with a much-needed 107-run knock. Buttler also joined Root in the quest and scored 99 runs off 84 deliveries including seven boundaries and four sixes. His knock helped England post 303/6 in 50 overs. England went on to win the match after bundling out West Indies of 278 runs.
